Diphetlho Masemola is the Founder and Managing Director of Dikeamo Architects, where she serves as Principal Architect and leads the firm’s strategic and professional direction. A SACAP-registered Professional Architect (Pr.Arch) and Green Building Council South Africa Accredited Professional. She brings 15 years of experience across architecture, interior architecture, workplace strategy, project delivery and sustainable building solutions.
Her work is centred on corporate workplaces, tenant installations, interiors and development-led built environment projects. Supported by broader experience across retail, healthcare, education and residential environments. She guides projects from early strategy and design through technical coordination, implementation and delivery.
As a sustainability-focused built environment strategist and business leader, Diphetlho combines creative depth, commercial discipline and social purpose to create spaces that support organisational performance, environmental responsibility and long-term development value.
